This agreement on the conditions and rules of using this webshop regulates mutual relations between you as the customer and us Dispetoza Dizajn as the service provider and its vendors.

Customers may be legal and natural persons in the Republic of Croatia and abroad.

The seller commits to doing business in accordance with legitimate laws valid on the Croatian territory and EU.

Seller undertakes to protect customer data and will use them only for the execution of the contractual obligations of sales.
Seller undertakes to deliver in accordance with the delivery Terms. In cases where the delivery of the requested products are not possible, we commit ourselves to refund any paid monies to the payer within 14 days.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information during the order process.

We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered goods. The customer has the right to return the goods without stating the reason within 14 days from the time of acceptance of the goods. The buyer is obliged to protect the disputed goods and is return it in its original state. Lumer Shop sends each item in a complete state and appropriate packaging and therefore will not be responsible for any damage occurring during transport. We encourage you to review upon receipt of items received and, if you believe that the item is damaged, immediately file a complaint with the post office, or delivery person due to damage or reduced content of the consignment. Each parcel contains an invoice for the purchase, while on the back of the invoice are printed instructions for the claim. According to Croatian laws invoice and instructions are in Croatian.
